Fabrication
Our fabrication facility at 22 van Dyk Road in Benoni is primarily used to manufacture and test all prototypes and production techniques. Any excess capacity is used for production purposes.
Our under roof fabrication facility
The total area of the facility is 6000 m^2 of which 2800 m^2 is under roof. Other equipment we have available at our disposal is:
- Bending up to 4m & 400 ton
- Rolling up to 3m wide x 25mm thick
- Loading and handling facilities up to 30 ton and 8.5m under hook
- Sand blasting and painting up to 20 ton
