Hi Rate Reagent Plants
The Hydramix Hi rate range of Flocc and reagent mixing and dosing plants are optimised volume mixing, hydrating and dosing solutions for the bigger operator.

Process Features of Hydramix Hi Rate Reagent Plants:
- Mixing of reagent and water is by means of 2.2 kW mechanical pump – highly effective mixing and elimination of fish eyes
- Water transport of reagent to the top of the mixing tanks eliminates the need for blowers and related equipment – lower power requirements and less complexity
- Screw feeder bin has optional loadcells for accurate dosing measurement
- Cyclic tank operation ie mixing and hydration in the same tank means no transfer of mixed reagent between tanks – no mechanical damage to reagent polymer chains and less complexity
- 400 rpm maximum speed of positive displacement pumps – minimal mechanical damage to reagent polymer chains on transfer to the process.

Mechanical features of Hydramix Compact Reagent plants
- Open mixing system easily accessible for monitoring of operation and cleaning
- Low density reagent air borne contamination minimised by using optional water tulip dust suppressor on the screw feeder outlet
- Plants can be supplied cw cover structure and loading hoist – minimal plant design investment
- Tankage is sloped to facilitate cleaning
- Complete with access stairways and landings
- All valves, instrumentation etc easily accessible
Delivery usually 16 weeks from date of order depending on workshop loading
