Machining

Our machining facility at 49 Ilana Road in Delville, Germiston is primarily used to manufacture and test all prototypes and production techniques. Any excess capacity is used for production purposes.

Inside our machining facility

The total area of the facility is 1500 m^2. Equipment included in our machining facility includes:

• Vertical boring up to 5m diameter and 20 tons
• Craneage up to 30 tons with 9m under hook
• Horizontal boring up to 6m travel and 3m high
• Lathe machining up to 8m long
