Compact Reagent Plants
The Hydramix compact range of Flocc and reagent mixing and dosing plants are portable self contained mixing, hydrating and dosing units.

Process Features of Hydramix Compact Reagent Plants:
- Hydration tank is baffled therefore preventing short circuiting
- Tankage is sloped to facilitate cleaning
- Mixed reagent is gravity transferred from mixing to hydration tank – no pump required and therefore no mechanical damage to partially hydrated reagent
- Screw feeder bin has optional loadcells for accurate dosing measurement
- All overflows flow to a single outlet – easier overflow management

Mechanical features of Hydramix Compact Reagent plants:
- Built in lifting lugs allow relocation of the complete plant without stripping
- Minimal electrical reconnection after transport because the majority of instrumentation and motors on the conditioning tank assembly which is shipped as one piece
- Complete with access stairways and landings
- All valves, instrumentation etc easily accessible
Delivery usually 8 weeks from date of order depending on workshop loading
