Scrubbers : Industrial Scrubbers
The Titan range of scrubbers uses conventional rotary action for cleaning all types of ore.

Process Features of Titan Scrubbers:
- Can be operated in excess of 60% critical and 25% fill – high power scrubbing
- Can accept material up to 300mm and remove +70 after scrubbing completed – more aggressive scrubbing without damaging downstream equipment
- Flat liners on inlet chute – maximises liner life and minimises cost
- Mechanical sealing of inlet chute – minimal spillage when over feeding
- Reversible drive system – maximised liner life

Mechanical features of Titan Scrubbers
- Oil lubricated double pinion and girth gear drive – robust reversible and dependable transmission for high power scrubbing
- Hydrodynamic oil lubricated bearings – high load carrying capability at higher speeds allows fitting of discharge trommels and operation in excess of 60% of critical
- Drive loads absorbed within the drive frame and pivoting drive frame design – Foundations only have to support vertical load and are not critical for alignment ie minimal cost
- Shell design less mass than conventional roller supported units – installation craneage requirement reduced
- Plastic bearing design and jacking cradle supplied with each machine – eliminates craneage for maintenance
- Optional electric barring facility – facilitates liner changeout
Delivery usually 20 weeks from date of order depending on workshop loading
